Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have reportedly left their residency in Canada in order to move to the Golden State of California.
In a twist right out of a movie, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have left their cozy Vancouver Island abode in Canada behind and are trading it in for the sunny shores of California.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are California dreaming, move from Canada to California.
According to a new report from People, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry officially made their way to the States with a move to the Los Angeles area. The move is one that will help Meghan get back to her roots in returning to the town she called home growing up.
Interestingly, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s move from Canada to California comes less than 24 hours after rumors swirled regarding Meghan Markle’s hard stance against global travel.
As previously reported, Meghan was rumored to have asked Harry to avoid traveling overseas to visit his father Prince Charles, who recently tested positive for the coronavirus. With the ongoing international efforts to flatten the curve and stop the spread of the virus, Meghan is rumored to have asked Harry to avoid international travel — which has become a common trend with many countries putting travel restrictions into effect.
While an ocean will remain between the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and the rest of the Royal Family, the move to California will bring the couple and child Archie closer to Meghan’s family and friends — including Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, who currently resides in the L.A. area.
With the final stages of their transition away from the royal family quickly approaching, the move to L.A. should also make it easier for the couple to field potential new opportunities and ventures as they look forward to the next chapter in their love story.
