Keeping Up with the Kardashians season 20 came to a close on June 10, 2021, with what was hands down one of the show’s most emotional finales ever.

In the season 20 finale, the Kardashians reflected upon the last 14 years of filming the show which launched them into the stratosphere and turned them into household names. There were shocking revelations, some good-humored pranks and the final sequence saw the family burying a time capsule filled with carefully selected items to be opened years in the future.

It was quite the episode and one that felt very final, leaving many to wonder what’s next for not just the Kardashians but for KUWTK.

Is Keeping Up with the Kardashians renewed for season 21?

In most years, Keeping Up with the Kardashians is usually one of E! Network’s easiest renewal decisions as the series has long been one of its most beloved and profitable brands. However, in 2020, the Kardashians decided to walk away from their long-running reality series in making the decision to end KUWTK.

With the family deciding to walk away from the show, the decision was made to make KUWTK season 20 the show’s final season. While E! did not officially cancel the show, the series is indeed coming to an end.

Keeping Up with the Kardashians season 21 release date

Unfortunately, because the Kardashian family decided to walk away from E! after 20 seasons of filming Keeping Up with the Kardashians in bringing the show to an end, there will not be a season 21 of the show. As a result, there is no official release date for KUWTK season 21.

While there will not be another season of KUWTK, the good news is that the Kardashian-Jenner family won’t be off our screens for too long!

As previously reported, the Kardashians will soon be making their way to Hulu with a brand new reality series which will allow fans to keep up with the family in a new way.
