Khloé Kardashian gave an in-depth account of her morning workout via Instagram and provided what goes on during her day. The Kocktails with Khloé host additionally gave some unintentional inspiration for those feeling the early morning hour.
“5:30 is abusive,” Khloé said of her workout time. “5:30 is not my hour. I could do 6, but that half-hour makes a difference, but still, no one wants to do 6. Anyways, whoever is struggling to work out, I’m there with you. We’re going to do it.”

The Good American founder emphasized a “busy” day for Khloé Kardashian during her rigorous workout. From waking up her 5-year daughter, True Thompson, carpooling her to school, heading off to the Good American office for work, and picking up True, the ungodly 5:30 AM bracket is the only time that Khloé can sneak to the gym. She is never truly alone when hitting the machines in her home. Sometimes, True or her 10-month-old son will watch Khloé in action. For the former, Baby Thompson was less than impressed with the machinery but adored his mother’s attention. The family cat, Grey Kitty, has made the most visits to the gym and is often seen reclining on the Stairmaster or treadmill.

Khloé developed a love for working out following her messy divorce from retired NBA player Lamar Odom in 2016. In March 2023, the mother of two opened up with InStyle about how seeing the numbers on the scale created an “obsessive” and unhealthy mindset. Now, the Hulu star works out to achieve her best self and ignores the scale.
“The scale Fs with you. I don’t even look at a scale anymore,” Khloé told the outlet. “I think it’s really unhealthy. I haven’t in years. They’re just numbers.”
Away from the gym, the Strong Looks Better Naked author enjoys spending time with her kids and family. Just the other day, Khloé shared a portrait of True, and her three cousins, Psalm and Chicago West, and Dream Kardashian.
“Cousin Crew” was the snap’s caption.
A few days prior, she shared a pair of her son, wearing ripped jeans and a Kim Kardashian tee.
“In my best Kim K voice,” the 38-year-old said of the post.
