Instagram, Twitter react to Kanye West’s 40th birthday

Many took to Twitter and Instagram to wish Kanye West a very happy 40th birthday as we await new music from the best rapper in the world.
On June 8th, Kanye West celebrated his 40th birthday. That means this earth has been blessed with this particular G.O.A.T. for 40 years!
Of course, many fans, celebrities and everything in-between took to social media to wish the hip-hop God a happy birth-Ye.
Ironically, it all comes a month after the superstar deleted both his Instagram and Twitter accounts. Nonetheless, social media was still poppin’ on his birthday — because of his birthday.
I mean, I really hope every single Kanye West fan played ‘Birthday Song’ with 2 Chainz at least once. Yeezy killed his verse on that one and it 100% set my mood for the day.

First we have John Mayer, a super uber talented singer and musician. His birthday wish was surprisingly long and very thoughtful.

Next, of course, is Yeezy’s wife Kim Kardashian and the rest of her Kardashian family.
New member to the G.O.O.D. Music family, Kacy Hill, chimed in on the action. If you don’t remember, Kanye West is a producer on her debut album dropping June 30th.

Even though Kanye is off social media, he continues to light social media up with every step. That’s when you know you’ve got it.
As for what the rapper did for his birthday, he spent the day in the Bahamas with his family. A source told ET:
"“They spent six days at a private home and were able to go totally off the map,” the source adds. “No work or social media, it’s just what their family needed. Kanye brought his friend, Don Crowley, along with his family. The children had a great time. They hung around at the pool most of the day.”"
That sounds like the perfect birthday to me! It’s good to see Kanye and his family all happy. It should mean a lot of good music coming our ways.
