Kim Kardashian’s Kimoji back to school merch was not very kid-friendly

Kim Kardashian is getting a lot of heat for the items on Kimoji that weren’t kid-friendly during her back to school sale.

Kim Kardashian gets criticized a lot. Sometimes she deserves it and a lot of times, she really doesn’t. This most recent move, where she touted a back to school sale for her Kimoji website may be one of those times that she should have thought twice.

Why? You might ask.

Well, it’s already known that most items for sale on the Kimoji website are not appropriate for minors. Like the booty shaped sticky notes or a similarly shaped flash drive.

I’d also venture to guess that teachers everywhere would not approve of the “post tit notes.” Get it? While most teenage boys might think it’s hilarious, these are not school supplies.

It’s also worth noting that there was a pen for sale. While that might not seem ominous or inappropriate, it certainly was. That’s because it was a “Selfie Pen” and if you tip it a certain way, Kim’s clothes come off.

I do want the retro lunch box, though. Anyone else?

Anyway, as Kim should have already anticipated, there has been an uproar over the inappropriate items. This Insider reported that while there was an outrage over the Kimoji back to school sale, the items up for sale weren’t inappropriate for college students. That makes a lot more sense.

We can totally see college kids saving their term papers on the butt-shaped flash drive. Or showing up for test day wearing pictures of Kim’s cry face on their backpack.

The outrage on Twitter over the new Kimoji products was intense. Parents went all the way off over the inappropriate nature of the collection. One tweet even called for DFCS to investigate the matter. Very few suggested the best approach to the whole matter.

Very few suggested the best approach to the whole matter. It was pretty simple. One Kim Kardashian fan suggested that if people thought it was not appropriate or not what they are looking for, simply don’t buy it.
