Kardashians talk Lamar Odom overdose during KUWTK special

During the 10-year KUWTK special, Lamar Odom is the topic of conversation at least once. 

It has been nearly two years since Lamar Odom almost suffered a fatal overdose. This was an important part of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, especially because Odom was family to everyone. His relationship and subsequent marriage to Khloe Kardashian was all the rage back in the day. Despite the hardships they endured, fans rooted for the couple from day one.

The Kardashian family was heavily criticized for choosing to film during the ordeal. Was it questionable? Absolutely, but it was also real life.
