Kim Kardashian debuts two couples’ costumes without Kanye West — Is their marriage in trouble?

There has been a lot of speculation lately about marriage trouble between Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. 

Usually, when you think about a couples’ Halloween costume, you’d think those donning them are actual couples. That was not the case for Kim Kardashian this year.

The KUWTK star wore three amazing costumes this year and all of them were part of her musical legends theme. Two of those costumes were couples’ costumes. The only problem is that the other half of her coupling has been nowhere in sight.

Kim dressed up as Cher as one half of Sonny and Cher. For that amazing costume, her other half was Jonathan Cheban, who played the perfect Sonny. Kim’s other couples’ costume was a spot on version of Madonna and Michael Jackson. Kourtney took the honors of dressing as an incredibly detailed Jackson.

To be honest, the only time that Kim Kardashian has been seen with Kanye West lately was at her belated birthday dinner at Carousel. Kanye was in attendance but according to reports, Kim barely spoke to him the entire night.

Kim and Kanye’s distance at dinner coupled with her couples’ Halloween costumes with seemingly everyone but her husband has many wondering if maybe there really is trouble in paradise.

Kanye has never struck me as a “go all out for Halloween” kinda guy. However, in the past he has indulged Kim and at least tried to get in the spirit. Take their Halloween 2012 celebration as Batman and Catwoman, for example.

There have been several other times recently when we’d normally expect to see Kanye West out and about with his famous family. For example, recently Kim took the kids to the pumpkin patch and on a separate trip to Disneyland without him. It is starting to feel like something is up.

Kanye West has largely stayed out of the spotlight since his breakdown on stage in California nearly a year ago. It’s no secret that the rapper has been struggling so hopefully his time out of the spotlight will allow him to get back to his old self.

As far as whether Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are having marriage troubles, all I can really say at this point is that we don’t know. Kim hasn’t said or even hinted that she’s unhappy and probably wouldn’t do that.

Kim and Kanye are expecting baby number three over the next couple of months so hopefully, the divorce rumors stay just that – rumors.
