On KUWTK, Kim Kardashian has been hinting that her business relationship with personal assistant Stephanie Shepherd has been problematic. Kim started feeling like she mixed too much business with personal and things between herself and Shepherd had crossed a line. It turns out that Stephanie was feeling some kind of way about working for Kim too and now, the women have decided to part ways.
Apparently, Stephanie Shepherd went to Kourtney and discussed her dissatisfaction with her position as Kim Kardashian’s personal assistant. The celebrity assistant wasn’t feeling fulfilled in her job anymore and was ready to move on.

Naturally, Kourtney told Kim how her employee was feeling. Kim didn’t take the news well, saying that Stephanie should have come to her if she felt that way, not gone to her sister behind her back.
“Just a heads up, we were talking and she was saying that she didn’t know what she wanted to do in life,” Kourtney told Kim in the KUWTK episode that aired on October 29. “She feels, like, maybe she’s in a place in life where she’s unfulfilled, job-wise.”
“I do think it’s, like, inappropriate for her to talk to you and not to me,” Kim responded. “I mean, don’t you think that’s just, like, a little bit unprofessional?”
Apparently, learning that Stephenie Shepherd wasn’t happy working for Kim really bothered the KUWTK star. According to a source for US Weekly, there was more to it than just that.
They claim that things just haven’t been the same between Kim and Stephanie when it comes to work ever since Refinery29 shined a spotlight on Shepherd in May when they wrote about celebrity inner circles and talked about Stephanie Shepherd’s relationship with Kim Kardashian.
“Other stuff happened on top of that that left a bad taste in Kim’s mouth,” the US Weekly source said.
It’s no secret that Kim Kardashian has trust issues after the shocking Paris robbery last year. It wouldn’t be surprising if she parted ways with any employee who she feels is losing focus. After all, Kim keeps a jam-packed schedule and needs everyone who works for her to focus on making sure all her projects are successful.
