North West wants to be a YouTube star but Kanye West says no

North West wants to be a YouTube star. The 4-year old celebrity spawn decided that she wants to make her mark with makeup videos. The problem is, her dad, Kanye West, has already put his foot down.
Kim Kardashian is slinging makeup and perfume online like it’s nobody’s business. It looks like North West would like to do the same thing with her career. The thing is, she’s still a preschooler and as far as her dad is concerned, she doesn’t need a career at all.
It wasn’t long ago that Kim opened up about how North wants to be a YouTube star and it sounds like she’d probably be good at it.
“The other day, it was so funny. My daughter watches so many YouTube tutorials and videos. She was unboxing the My Little Pony Colourpop collection and I thought to myself, ‘I wish I was recording this’ because her reaction was so funny. And then she did makeup on the My Little Pony that they gave and she said, ‘Mom, I want to do a YouTube video,’” Kim told WWD.
The conversation came about when Kim was initially talking about her new perfume launch. The KUWTK star released three new scents on the KKW Fragrance website, selling out her entire stock in just six days.
That’s pretty impressive considering those who bought Kim’s perfume never even smelled it. Kim raked in $14 million for the release of Crystal Gardenia, Crystal Gardenia Citrus, and Crystal Gardenia OUD. A total of 300,000 units were sold.
Clearly, everything this family touches turns to gold. If North West were to manage her own YouTube channel, she would make a killing, too.
Kim Kardashian even admitted that she considered letting North have her way. However, even though North is clearly aware that she’s famous, Kim and Kanye have been careful about how exposed she is to paparazzi and critics.

Sadly, North West won’t be starting her preschool career as a YouTube but it looks like KIm didn’t dash her dream to be in front of the camera. They’re still making videos but rather than publishing them to YouTube, the Kardashian-West family is keeping the cute movies for later viewing.
