KKW Fragrance crisis: Australians are mad at Kim Kardashian and they want their Crystal Gardenia!

Due to shipping rules in different parts of the world, some KUWTK fans are not getting their KKW Fragrance deliveries.

Like nearly every other product released by Kim Kardashian, the KKW Fragrance launch of Crystal Gardenia and two sister scents sold out in record time. During a restock, Kim upped the ante and even offered free worldwide shipping for Black Friday shoppers who wanted to buy a bottle.

Even though Kim offered to ship the gorgeous and reportedly amazing smelling perfume to anywhere in the world for her fans, it turns out that some still can’t get their hands on a bottle. Understandably, that has left some KUWTK fans really upset.

Due to shipping regulations in places like Australia, KKW Fragrance can’t be mailed there via Fed Ex and other available shippers. There are regulations in place that restrict shipping things with high alcohol content like that found in the KKW Fragrance packages because they are considered highly flammable and a possible hazard.

It seems that someone within Kim Kardashian’s camp should have known there would be issues selling the perfumes abroad and considered that when putting the KKW Fragrance campaign together. Normally, companies who sell products deemed to be flammable like a perfume have a plan in place to deal with issues like this.

A lot of KUWTK fans are wondering why the KKW Fragrance site didn’t put a blackout on countries where shipping would be a problem. Now they have to figure out if there’s another way to get the new Crystal Gardenia bottles to customers in these extra careful countries or start issuing apologies and refunds.

Either way, Kim can’t be happy that her customers are upset about their experience. The KUWTK star is a perfectionist in every sense of the word. She worked so hard to perfect the first release from KKW Fragrance and this is definitely not something she wanted to happen.
