KUWTK recap: Kim Kardashian shared her experience dealing with surrogacy

Last night, KUWTK finally addressed Kim Kardashian and surrogacy. 

It has been a long few months since it was announced that Kim Kardashian would be welcoming a third child into her home. KUWTK stars know that she could not carry another baby on her own. Last season, Khloe Kardashian looked into carrying Kim’s baby during a KUWTK episode. Now, it has been confirmed she will be welcoming her third child in just a few weeks via surrogate.

Kim Kardashian opened up to her sisters about the surrogacy process and how things have been going on the most recent episode of KUWTK. It is way different from carrying the baby on your own because you have no control. Kardashian explained how nervous she was, especially since the decision had to be made quickly.

The surrogate chosen by Kim Kardashian and Kanye West was not named. In fact, she made it clear they want to the woman carrying their child to remain outside of the public eye

. She isn’t from this lifestyle, and they don’t want her to have to deal with the constant paparazzi attention. The woman passed all of the tests in order to start the process and Kim and Kanye were happy.

Toward the end of the KUWTK episode, it was confirmed the surrogate was pregnant. We also learned that Kim Kardashian lost an embryo before getting pregnant with Saint. A lot has happened over the last five years for the Kardashian family, especially when it comes to children.

Details surrounding the process and identity of the woman carrying Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s baby have not been made available. Some gossip sites have claimed to photograph Kim’s surrogate but there’s no proof that it’s actually her.
