Looking like a Kardashian is a lot of hard work, even if you are Kim Kardashian. 

Let’s face it, people either love or love to hate Kim Kardashian. After all, she has it all, right? Kim is beautiful, she has the perfect body, lots of money, glitz, glamour, and everything that goes along with being a celebrity.

While we’re at it, let’s also talk about how despite being a celebrity, looking amazing isn’t something that just magically happens. Even Kim Kardashian has to work to keep her body looking amazing.

Now, this isn’t a debate about how much plastic surgery she’s had. Clearly, all of the KarJenners have had some sort of work done. And who wouldn’t? Let me tell you, if I had Kim Kardashian money, there would be work getting done!

All the plastic surgery in the world still won’t make you look as amazing as Kim if you’re not exercising and eating a healthy diet. We already all know that the KUWTK star works through some grueling workouts. After giving birth to Saint, Kim Kardashian hired a trainer from Instagram and has been putting her body through some intense workouts.

It really shouldn’t surprise anyone that Kim Kardashian sticks to a lot of the old-fashioned diet tricks. She counts calories and limits her carbs, just like we’ve always been taught. Kim also eats lean proteins and a lot of vegetables.

There’s way more to maintaining a sleek physique like Kim’s though. The most popular KUWTK star also avoids things like gluten and sugar. She also doesn’t eat dairy when watching her figure.

Sure, we’ve seen those pictures of Kim Kardashian hitting up McDonald’s for an ice cream cone and totally know what you’re thinking. It’s one thing to have it as a treat once in a while though. Kim doesn’t put things like this in her home though. It’s too tempting to eat what’s in the refrigerator without giving it any extra thought.

As a side note, Kim also revealed on her app that she doesn’t stock cilantro in her fridge either. That is more of a taste thing than a diet thing, though. There are a lot of strong opinions out there about cilantro and it turns out that Kim is one of those people who really doesn’t like it.
