Kim Kardashian’s blonde look is super high maintenance

Kim Kardashian is complaining about the time it takes to stay blonde. 

Another day in the Kardashian world is spent getting treatments to improve their looks. Kim Kardashian has been loving herself as a blonde, but the upkeep is a buzzkill for the soon-to-be mom of three. She is spending upwards of 13 hours getting her hair colored to make sure her roots match her blonde hair.

Because Kim Kardashian’s hair is so dark, the bleaching process takes several hours. This is done so that her hair won’t break.

Apparently, using bleach on your hair to lighten it that much could potentially cause it to break and leave you with some pretty gnarly issues. Kardashian is taking her time to avoid that, even if it is taking more than a half of a day to complete the process.

She revealed that it is done in stages, sometimes over the course of days. This time, she is five days into the process.

Kim Kardashian relies on her looks for attention and sales. She has to be at the top of her game and right now, blonde is what is in.

Kardashian has been blonde since September with no plans to change it. According to People, Kim revealed she is getting tired of the upkeep though. It is a lot to deal with, especially with the busy schedule Kardashian keeps.

After the holidays are over, it is likely that Kim Kardashian will ditch the blonde. With a new baby, there are more important things she wants to spend her time doing. Kim Kardashian does rock the blonde though, so fans wouldn’t mind if she kept it around a little bit longer.
