Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner respond to Blac Chyna lawsuit
After Blac Chyna amended her initial lawsuit against the KarJenner clan, the respondents have finally answered with a filing.
Next month, there will be a court hearing on the lawsuit filed by Blac Chyna against Kim Kardashian, Rob Kardashian, and Kris Jenner. This stems from the July blowout that happened when Rob went on a revenge porn rampage and posted nude photos of Chyna on Instagram and Twitter. It was of epic proportions and now, the time has come to face the judge.
Initially, Blac Chyna filed suit against the entire KarJenner clan but amended the lawsuit to only include the three mentioned above. Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner were all removed from the filing several weeks ago.
Kris Jenner and her two children answered the filing by stating that Rob & Chyna was canceled because of the order of protection brought against Rob Kardashian by Blac Chyna in July. They believe that had that not occurred, a second season could have been worked out.
The first season of the reality show aired in 2016 just a few months before the birth of Dream Kardashian, the child the two share. Season 1 ended with an elaborate special detailing Dream’s birth.
According to Us Weekly, there is a court date set in January for Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner to present their case to have the lawsuit dismissed. January 18 is when the duo will appear in front of the court, but it is unclear why Rob Kardashian won’t be in attendance with them.

It has been a long five months since this all transpired, and a resolution is hopefully coming soon. Both Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna are co-parenting with little issue, which is a good thing for Dream Kardashian. This should be ironed out next month, and the KarJenner clan is hopeful it will be tossed out.
