Congratulations to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West as they welcome baby number three to their family.
The first of the KarJenner baby boom has arrived. It was reported by TMZ that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s newborn baby girl has arrived via surrogate. The notoriously straight-faced couple has definitely got to be all smiles right now.
According to the report, Kim and Kanye’s surrogate gave birth on Monday at 12:47 am. The newest Kardashian-West is said to be 7 lbs 6 ounces and was born without any major complications.

“We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care,” Kim said in a statement.
How cool is it that Kim and Kanye’s baby was born on the same day that Khloe Kardashian announced her own pregnancy on the show? That couldn’t have gone better if it was planned.
Those who follow Keeping Up With The Kardashians know that Kim Kardashian decided not to try to carry their third child herself. She suffered major pregnancy complications with both North and Saint. Doctors warned her that another pregnancy could be fatal for both her and the child if she tried.
The biggest issue Kim faced while pregnant is placenta accreta, a condition that causes the placenta to attach too deeply to the uterus, which can lead to major bleeding upon removal.
Kim and Kanye’s surrogate, who is not Kylie Jenner, reportedly lives in San Diego. It’s not clear if she delivered at Cedars-Sinai like the rest of the Kardashian and Jenner clan have done or if she went to a hospital closer to her home.
Since September, Keeping Up With The Kardashians fans have followed the KUWTK pregnancy rumors closely after learning that Kylie Jenner and Khloe Kardashian were reportedly pregnant. Soon after, news of Kim Kardashian’s surrogate surfaced.

She confirmed the surrogate story during an early episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Kim later confirmed that they were indeed having a girl during an appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show in December.
