Kim Kardashian reveals 20 lb. weight loss


Kim Kardashian West is speaking out and sharing that she has recently lost 20 lbs. The reality star is pretty proud of herself for this accomplishment.

People shared that Kim Kardashian West is being really open about her weight loss. It was hard work, but she feels like it was worth it and is happy to be at 116 lbs. now. Kim did a live interview with E! News to share all about it.

Kim doesn’t do much cardio but instead is doing heavy weights for her workout. She admits that she spends about an hour and a half every single day focusing on it. It has been a year now that she has been using a bodybuilder to help her out.

Kim Kardashian West even admitted that her mom Kris Jenner was so impressed she wants to know what she is doing to look so great. One thing is that it took a bit to see results for Kim, but sticking with it was worth it for her. Her weight stayed around 130 lbs. for a long time, but at 116 lbs. now Kim is really happy with how she looks.

There was one big thing that she shared that she changed about her diet. Kim says that she doesn’t really eat sugar anymore. That is hard for a lot of people, but giving it up probably really helped Kim with her weight loss. She is also just eating a healthier diet all around. Kim is very committed and it has worked for her.
