Kylie Jenner lists $5 million lot less than a year after purchase

Kylie Jenner has just listed her $5 million lot less than a year after purchasing it. This makes the fans of Keeping Up With the Kardashians wonder what would make her decide to get rid of it.

It has been 10 months since Kylie Jenner bought this lot and now she wants to sell it. It is a 1.5-acre plot of land and Kylie is trying to make a bit more than she spent on it by selling it. She is now trying to get $5.55 million for the lot.

Kylie Jenner’s lot is perfect for developers because of its location. It is in Hidden Hills and is an open lot. This lot can be used to build on and is something a lot of people would probably be looking to buy if this area is in their price range.

This lot is adjacent to Kylie Jenner’s house. She wasn’t going to build on it but instead had plans for horses and a barn. No idea why she decided against doing that and wants to sell it now. Kylie did have three acres with this, but without it, she still has a pretty large amount of land. It will be interesting to see who buys this up and gets to build their house right by Kylie.

It isn’t like Kylie Jenner can’t afford the land, so there must be some reason that she changed her mind and is moving on from this plan. Now that she has a family her focus just might be a little bit different.
