Kim Kardashian reveals alternate names for Chicago

In the latest episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians, Kim Kardashian revealed other names she was considering for sweet baby Chicago West. While Chicago’s name is unique, some others on the list are equally, or more, interesting.

During the latest episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians, Kim Kardashian revealed other names they considered for Chicago and how they went about finding them. ET Online filled us in on the list. The names she revealed to her sisters on the episode include: Italy, Milan, Rome, Aaron, Abel, Queen, Vuitton, This, Miracle and Precious.

Kim wouldn’t go for Kanye’s cousin’s suggestion of ‘Miracle’ because she said Miracle West sounded too much like a popular condiment.

"“I got the most ridiculous ideas, like ‘Queen’ and ‘Vuitton’ and ‘This.’ Kanye’s cousin is like, ‘Miracle,’ and I’m like, ‘Miracle West’?! That’s like Miracle Whip, and that’s the biggest stripper name of all time. And then he’s like, ‘What about ‘Precious’?’ and I’m like, ‘Clearly we don’t have the same taste in names.'”"

After all these names, Chicago almost seems normal to me but Kim thought differently. She was worried that people would think that name was pretty far out there too. I think it helps when Kim and Kanye revealed the adorable baby’s name is after the city where Kanye grew up and the connection it has to his mom.

Kim admitted to scouring maps and even the bible to come up with different names for their newborn. Chicago West was born in January after Kim and Kanye made the decision to go through with surrogacy.
