Kendall Jenner speaks out about dealing with anxiety


Kendall Jenner of Keeping Up With the Kardashians is speaking out and being very open about her battle with anxiety. This is something that isn’t easy to talk about, but she is doing it now.

In a teaser for the new episode of KUWTK, Kendall talks about her anxiety in a way she hasn’t before. Kendall explains that one thing that helps anxiety is a better work and life balance. After that, Kendall is seen out riding a horse. This is something that seems to be a stress relief for her and that she enjoys.

Kendall actually shared a tweet of the clip along with a note. She said, “learning to cope with anxiety isn’t easy, but sometimes opening up about the journey really does help.” It sounds like talking about it was important to her, but it can help others as well.

Jenner has admitted that panic attacks is something she battles with and she has even talked about it on the show. This week appears to be the most that Kendall has shared though and fans are going to enjoy getting to know her better. Kendall does use Transcendental Meditation and also likes to watch shows on Netflix to relax.

One thing that Kendall Jenner has to deal with is her family group chat. She admits that it can be a bit much and she has to mute it sometimes. If not, her phone will go off and it even vibrating is too much for her. She probably misses a few messages, but that is okay.
