Kourtney Kardashian is known to be the sister that follows diets such as the keto diet and really watches that she eats healthy foods. The source said that she likes to make sure she’s eating enough so she doesn’t look malnourished. Since Kourtney is about 5 feet tall, she is right about in her average weight for someone her height at 100 pounds. So, though the number may sound small, she is actually pretty healthy.
