A surgeon told the Mirror that after comparing before and after photos of Kim, Kardashian appears to have “under gone a breast enlargement during KUWTK Season 1 to 4.”
The surgeon speculated that Kim requested a “natural breast enlargement.”
Kardashian’s newest cleavage-revealing Instagram photo didn’t help stop the speculation. At least one fan slammed Kim’s alleged “fake boobs.”
