KUWTK sneak peek shows that Sunday’s episode will be packed with excitement, with Kim on hand as Khloe Kardashian goes into labor!

Keeping Up With The Kardashians (KUWTK) returns on Sunday, and People reports that the episode focuses on Khloe Kardashian having her baby. As always, events on the show happened months ago, so KUWTK will show viewers exactly what occurred when Khloe and her baby daddy Tristan Thompson welcomed their daughter on April 12.

KUWTK clan supports Khloe Kardashian

The Sunday episode will follow Kardashian and Thompson in her hospital room in Cleveland. Most of Khloe’s family traveled to Cleveland to support her.

Kardashian is shown wearing an oxygen mask in bed. Kylie Jenner participated by using FaceTime on their mom Kris Jenner’s phone. (At 21, Kylie welcomed her own baby girl, Stormi, into the world prior to Khloe.)

Kylie expressed concern about the mask.

“What’s wrong with you?” asked Jenner.

“I needed to get the baby’s oxygen back up,” explained Khloe.

Khloe Kardashian baby daddy gets strong reaction from Kim Kardashian

Kardashian also faced the challenging task of having a baby daddy who cheated interacting with her family. The KUWTK clan clearly knew that Thompson had been unfaithful to Khloe.

Kim Kardashian had a particularly strong reaction to Khloe’s 27-year-old baby daddy following his cheating drama trauma.

Kim and Thompson appeared to be avoiding each other. As always, 34-year-old Khloe was blunt.

“Are you going to say hi to each other or no?” demanded Khloe of the clashing duo.

Kim vows to keep it ‘cute’ for Khloe Kardashian

Kanye West’s wife briefly hugged Thompson. But she made her dislike of the athlete evident, making a threatening gesture when he wasn’t looking.

However, Kardashian revealed her plan in a confessional, putting the emphasis on supporting Khloe.

“As much as I want to go off, I just don’t think it’s the time,” admitted Kardashian. “So I’m gonna keep it cute. I don’t have to have a lot of interaction, I just have to be there for [Khloe].”
