Inspired by Kim Kardashian: the KarJenner ‘glow up’

Kim Kardashian posted a photo of her and her two Kardashian sisters saying she was thankful for the glow up. I thought that would be a perfect time to look back and actually see what a glow up has occurred.

Glow up is a term that essentially means to grow up but with appearance. Almost all of us experience a glow up which can be seen by comparing your 2009 facebook selfie with your 2018 Instagram shot. Here’s a look at the Kardashian Sisters then and now, thanks to Kim Kardashian’s Instagram post. All the ‘then’ photos are from 2008/2009.

Kourtney Kardashian

Kourtney is the oldest Kardashian sister so of course, she will be first. Kourtney Kardashian used to be a little over the top with large gold hoops, big hair and tight dresses. Now, Kourtney is the more “earthy” sister. She can still dress hot, don’t get me wrong, but her outfits are usually more tame and her makeup more natural. She also doesn’t sport those big long curls anymore and usually opts for thing straight collar bone length hair.

Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian, or the sister who inspired this post, has of course seen huge transformation. She originally kind of just looked like a spoiled girl in the 2000s, but now she usually takes fashion to the next level. You can usually find her wearing something from Kanye West’s fashion line along with KKW Beauty makeup. She’s in amazing shape thanks to the help of her personal trainer. Overall, Kim has a much more mature look now.

Khloe Kardashian

Khloe Kardashian has probably had the biggest glow up of all. From fashion senses to appearance Khloe looks smokin’ hot right now. She works out, dyed her hair blonde and overall just cares more about feeling good. She has said multiple times she will never feel like she used to be fat (because she wasn’t), but she is happy now to be taking care of herself. Plus the blonde really makes her look great.

Kendall Jenner

Kendall Jenner is a super model so of course she looks great, but personally, I don’t think she’s changed too much over the years. Kendall looks great, she is lean and has great hair, but compared to old photos Kendall looks exactly how I would imagine her to look. Way to stay true to yourself Kendall!

Kylie Jenner

Of course, the youngest sister Kylie, is known for her huge lips. It’s also well known those aren’t natural. She uses those lip fillers to their fullest though as she uses them to market her own cosmetics line. Kylie has a great body post Stormi and although she says her butt is natural, I kind of have doubts sometimes.
