Kylie Jenner gained how much weight during her pregnancy?
First, to appreciate the success Jenner experienced with her weight loss diet, let’s see just how much Kylie gained during her pregnancy. The Insider reports that Jenner gained a total of 40 pounds.
During pregnancy, a woman should typically gain between 25 to 40 pounds, gynecologist Dr. Kecia Gaither told the publication. “In general, health providers advise weight gain based on the patient’s body weight at the start of pregnancy.”
Kylie Jenner succeeded in shedding her pregnancy pounds fast with this diet
However, Hollywood Life reported that Jenner was able to lose her baby weight surprisingly fast. Kylie is counting calories while following a special weight loss diet.
Jenner welcomed her first child, a daughter named Stormi Webster on February 1. Three weeks later, she reportedly had already lost 35 pounds on the diet. And as her new photo on Instagram shows, Kylie now fits perfectly into even the most skin-tight pants!

In addition to limiting herself to 1,000 calories per day, Kylie ate a clean food diet. She focused on organic chicken and fish while eliminating all fried foods and carbohydrates.
And Jenner didn’t stop there. She also sipped detox tea and wore a waist trainer.
Kylie Jenner turns to exercise to boost weight loss
Kylie also boosted her body’s fat-burning with a fitness plan. Jenner did “a lot of weights, cardio, running, squats and push-ups,” said an insider quoted by the publication. She hired a personal trainer, exercising five times every week for three hours.
And to avoid feeling tempted by carbohydrates or fried foods, Kylie even attempted to “ban anyone from eating junk food around her,” added the insider.
