Jenner exercises at 4 a.m. (ouch), according to Insider.
Jenner begins by drinking one of the world’s most popular drinks: Coffee! With all that caffeine on board (she admits she drinks “lots” of it), Kris is on fire.
“I plan everything, make sure everything is fine all the way I’m on the treadmill, I drink lots of coffee to get me going,” summed up the Keeping Up With The Kardashians momager.
But Kris doesn’t stop on the treadmill. She also does Pilates.

Money doesn’t buy happiness, but…. Jenner is able to afford a weight loss boost through paying for a personal chef.
Meet Rocco Dispirito, who is Kris’ personal chef and weight loss coach. Each day, Rocco sends Jenner the food that she needs to stay on his diet program. And looking at Kris’ rock star performance in Ariana Grande’s music video, it works!
Included are a variety of vegetables, fruits, meat, and selected grains. It’s quite a contrast from Kris’ daughters Kourtney and Kim Kardashian, who followed ketogenic weight loss diets.
Kris Jenner uses Pound A Day Diet with an occasional cheat
Dispirito’s “Pound A Day Diet” includes sipping a protein shake for breakfast. A typical lunch might consist of a salmon salad, while dinner features a stir fry.
Kris keeps hunger away with healthy snacks. But when Jenner cheats, she goes all the way!
Although Kris says that her perfect food day is just “to stick to my diet,” she shared what she would eat in a “dream world.”
“I would probably start with a waffle or French toast, have a Chinese chicken salad from Chin Chin for lunch and end it with beef tacos, cheese enchiladas, rice and beans, and margaritas at Casa Vega, my favorite Mexican restaurant,” confessed Jenner.
