Kim Kardashian did it again. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians (KUWTK) star shared an Instagram photo that resulted in more rumors that she had plastic surgery.

But it wasn’t just Kim who fans thought looked noticeably different. The contrast in Kardashian’s pic between then and now caused rumblings of plastic surgery for the “Fab 4” who stood beaming in the pic.
Some fans were more polite than others in their responses to Kim on her Instagram. One viewed the photo as “amazing,” for example.
But others were more blunt in pointing out the differences between Kim and her sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian in the throwback pic.

One of the Kardashian sisters followers was blunt in accusing Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney of having plastic surgery after the photo was taken.
“Pre-surgery,” wrote the fan of the “flashback” photo.
“Before their plastic surgeries,” wrote another.
And one even thought that Khloe Kardashian looked more attractive prior to her weight loss and alleged plastic surgery.
“Khloe used to be gorgeous,” wrote the critic in response to Kim Kardashian’s throwback pic of the “Fab 4.”
In addition to those questions about whether Kim and some (or all) of her sisters had plastic surgery in the years between that photo and today, some fans focused on Rob Kardashian.

Rob Kardashian’s appearance in his sister’s photo sparked shock from some followers.
“Rob looks different,” pointed out one fan.
“Rob, though….” marveled one stunned follower.
Rob Kardashian has been through years of ups and downs, finding (and losing) love, having a child (and then going through a very public dispute with that baby mama), and weight gain. Apparently fans feel that those years have had an effect on changing Rob in every way.
