Kim Kardashian faces backlash for letting North wear makeup

Kim Kardashian is always facing backlash for all of her parenting decisions. This time, it’s all about her decision to let her daughter, North, wear lipstick. Do you agree with the mommy shamers?

North West, oldest daughter of Kim and Kanye West, wore bright red lipstick to the family’s traditional Christmas Eve party. While the look was cute, several people were outraged that Kim Kardashian would let her young daughter wear makeup like that.

Kim revealed the shade is actually part of the KKW Beauty line. However, fans weren’t amused saying the lipstick is way too superficial for someone as young as North West. Fans think that North is too young for makeup and Kim should let North be a kid while she still is.

While that does make sense, there’s only so many times Kim can keep North from wearing makeup. After all, her mom and aunt own their own makeup lines. There’s no way all those little girls won’t be begging to wear makeup just like their moms and their aunts and their grandma. The Kardashian family is full of glam, and there’s no keeping the kids out of it.

It is possible for North to still be a kid while also wearing a little lipstick if she wants to. As long as Kim isn’t forcing North to wear makeup, I personally don’t see an issue with Kim’s parenting decisions. Kim isn’t the only mom facing backlash as Khloe recently faces ridicule for how she was carrying baby True recently. No matter what the Kardashian and Jenner moms do, they are always being judged for their decisions.
