Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian are just like us: The Keeping Up With The Kardashians (KUWTK) stars indulged so much during the holidays that they’re back on their diets.
Unlike us, Kim and Khloe have millions of followers to inform about their weight loss goals. Well, that’s one way to make sure you don’t cheat!
Kim Kardashian kicks off pre-New Year diet resolutions
Kim Kardashian was the first KUWTK star to turn to Instagram to share her pre-2019 diet resolution, pointed out People.
Kim and husband Kanye West hosted a fabulous holiday party at their mansion, and Kardashian apparently indulged a tad too much.
“Back to salads,” Kim summed up her diet resolution on Instagram.
Kardashian held an enormous salad in one hand as she announced her plan to use veggies to boost her weight loss.
And it didn’t take Khloe Kardashian long to jump on Kim’s Instagram and announce that she was “OMG same!” in chowing down on salads.

Kim and Khloe have a tradition of eating salads that dates back to 2015.
Kim is a fan of a Chinese chicken salad. Khloe lists those as her favorite too, but the first-time mom likes to add organic chicken and avocado.
The Chinese chicken salad that the Kardashian sisters like best includes pickled ginger, shredded carrots, and shredded chicken breast.

Khloe and Kim also both following low-carb diets. Kanye West’s wife is famous for using the high-fat, low carb ketogenic diet.
Khloe has shared that she boosted her protein to lose 30 pounds after giving birth, reported Bravo.
“‘It has lots of protein, so I’m able to go all out at the gym, but the best part is that I’m never hungry because I’m always eating!” said Kardashian of her low-carb diet.
