Following a keto weight loss diet like Kim means eating about 75 percent of daily calories from fat, 5 percent from carbohydrates, and 20 percent from protein. The goal is to put the body into ketosis to burn fat.

In addition to weight loss, studies have shown that the keto diet can help with conditions ranging from diabetes to epilepsy. It may even ease skin problems such as acne.

We’re not quite sure how Kim can breathe in that extra-tight style, but the results from her keto weight loss are impressive!

For guidance, Jenner turned to big sister Kim Kardashian, who put the first-time mom on a low-carb, high protein diet. Kylie ate “wild salmon for breakfast, turkey and salad for lunch, and then sometimes just soup early evening,” according to the source.

To keep energized throughout the day, Jenner reportedly munched on healthy snacks.
