Among the foods that Khloe eats to blast the bloat are: avocado, oats, ginger, and watermelon.

“I love jumping rope.” shared the Revenge Body queen. “In five minutes I’m drenched, and I can’t breathe, and my arms hurt, but for me it’s a full-body workout.”
