After spending $20 million and four years renovating their enormous home in California, Kardashian and West aren’t yet finished, according to a new report. At this point, the mansion is worth $60 million, and we had to ask: What’s inside (and outside) at that price tag?!

Kim, 38, and Kanye, 41, don’t need to be finished with their California mansion to show it off to guests, of course.

The Daily Mail reported that Kardashian and West opened the doors of their $60 million residence for their daughter Chicago’s first birthday party. The celebration had an Alice In Wonderland theme.

As to what Kim and Kanye have accomplished with the $20 million in renovations, the celebrity couple enlarged the mansion and landscaped it.

TMZ reported that the money and work paid off by increasing the value of Kardashian and West’s home.
