This romper is actually super pretty and especially at first glance, it doesn’t look too crazy. Why did it make the list? If you actually look at the romper up close it appears to be several black see though fabrics sewn together.

This outfit low-key looks like some really fancy rags got put together. Stripes of black velvet, see through torn fabric and tulle jetting out of spots. But, of course, Kendall is pulling it off so well. With her classic model look, Kendall gives the otherwise odd outfit new light.
