Jenner is known for changing up her hair tone, and she didn’t disappoint when it came to her red Valentine’s Day theme.
In addition to that red hair, Kylie captured the holiday color scheme with her choice of red lips and a stunning slip dress.

Jenner revealed that she’s waiting until February 1 to actually launch the collection, even though she plans to reveal the cosmetics tomorrow.

The Daily Mail pointed out that Kylie and big sister Kim Kardashian seem to be competing with red lipstick products just prior to Valentine’s Day.
Jenner and Kardashian both have cosmetics products. Kim is hyping KKW Beauty, while Kylie has Kylie Cosmetics.
