Kylie Jenner, Kendall, Kris versus Caitlyn Jenner skincare products war rumors soar
Kylie Jenner, Kendall Jenner, and Kris Jenner are rumored to be in a trademark war against Caitlyn Jenner over a new skincare line.
Kylie Jenner has been busy with being a new mom (we love Stormi!) and her Valentine collection launch.
But apparently Kylie, along with Kendall Jenner and Kris Jenner, also is part of a war over Caitlyn Jenner’s new skincare line, according to the newest rumors.

The feud stems from the name Jenner.
Caitlyn reportedly got a letter from the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office that basically banned her from using “Jenner Skincare” and “Skincare By Jenner” to name her new skincare line, according to Elle.
The reason: The similarity to trademarks previously registered by Kylie as well as Kris Jenner and Kendall Jenner.
The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office allegedly contends that if Caitlyn named her products Jenner Skincare, fans would think that Kylie was affiliated with it.
Kylie already has registered Kylie Cosmetics by Kylie Jenner. Kris Jenner also has registered trademarks.
Would Caitlyn Jenner compete with Kylie Jenner and Kendall?
However, Caitlyn reportedly is allowed to use “Caitlyn Jenner Skincare” and “Skincare By Caitlyn Jenner” as product names.
If that goes through, it potentially could be awkward because Kylie filed in autumn to register trademarks for Kylie Skin by Kylie Jenner and Kylie Skin.
The products that she wants to sell reportedly range from creams and lotions to toners and masks.
The Blast revealed that Kendall Jenner also is involved because she has registered similar trademarks.
Although some media outlets are describing the situation as Kendall and Kylie actually blocking Caitlyn from naming her skincare line, others make it sound more as if it’s up to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office than to Caitlyn’s youngest offspring.
