In a legal war that began nearly three years ago, the Kardashian sisters have won, but the fight may not be quite over yet.

The money that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians (KUWTK) siblings are cheering results from a long legal battle over makeup products.
Khloe, Kourtney, and Kim won $10 million after a lawsuit that began about three years ago. Hillair Capital Management sued the Kardashian sisters based on allegations that they failed to come through with their part of a licensing contract.
The company alleged that it had spent $10 million on a Kardashian Beauty line with Haven without Kim and her sisters doing their part of the deal.

However, the Kardashian clan responded by saying that “Kardashian Beauty” wasn’t part of their gig.
Arbitration followed, and a panel of three tossed out the allegations from Hillair Capital Management.
Moreover, the judges turned the beauty table on the company, telling it to shell out about $7.4 million to Kim and her sisters. The Kardashian gang also is supposed to get $3.2 million in interest.
Will it all end here? Maybe not.
According to TMZ, the lawyer representing Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney isn’t convinced that Hillair Capital Management will come through with a check for the full amount.
An arbitration decision has been filed in Los Angeles Superior Court to fulfill the $10 million victory.
