Shopify, famed as the corporation that guided Kylie in reaping nearly a billion bucks from her Kylie Cosmetics brand, is entering the cannabis market, according to CNBC.
The company also has assisted another KUWTK star, Jenner’s brother-in-law Kanye West, and other celebrities including Drake.
Known for its ability to guide sellers to create online shops to market to consumers, Shopify will begin its entry in the cannabis space with Canadian cannabis merchants.
But that’s just the start, which means that if you’re looking to a member of the KUWTK clan to try cannabis products for yourself (hint, hint, Kylie Jenner), there’s hope.

“The reason we started with Canada was there was clarity in Canada,” explained the company’s COO Harley Finkelstein.
However, that’s a beginning, with the end goal demonstrating to “the rest of the world as they begin to think about cannabis sales that we are the first phone call that they should be making.”

As for whether cannabis is a possibility for Jenner, wellness expert Dahlia Mertens told Stylecaster that the “medicinal herb” has compounds with the power to “help the human body regenerate itself.”
Dahlia Mertens pointed out that the “antiviral and antibacterial properties” can be used for various skin issues, such as cold sores and acne.
