Kim Kardashian using powers for good and stands for justice once again

Kim Kardashian has been working hard to make a difference in the world. This includes getting people out of jail and even volunteering to paying rent. She’s certainly striving to use her major power for good.

Kim Kardashian fights for social justice

In 1995, Matthew Charles was sent to prison for selling cocaine. Long story short, he was sentenced to 35 years in prison. However, Obama set him free by signing the Fair Sentencing Act. Unfortunately, he was ordered back to prison in 2018. Kim Kardashian worked to fix that.

Matthew did everything he was supposed to while he was out according to Inside Edition.

Here’s where Kim Kardashian comes into play though. When Matthew went back to prison, Kim was meeting with Trump about signing the The First Step act. She was successful in her efforts and made Matthew a free man once again.

Kim Kardashian has even decided she will pay his rent for the next five years. This will create an amazing “domino effect.” Since Kim is paying his rent, he will be able to just save money for the next five years and do even better things with that money.

This isn’t the first time Kim has worked hard for justice. She did the same thing for Alice Johnson. It’s clear Kim wants to use her status and big name to try and help with some social issues in the world today. She even concluded the last season of Keeping up with the Kardashians saying exactly that. It’s nice to see her stick with that thought process.
