The Kardashian family often faces backlash for what they post. This time is no different as Khloe Kardashian faces some major heat for what she shared on Instagram. Do you think she’s taken things too far?
Khloe Kardashian gets hate
Khloe posted on Instagram, and first things first she looks amazing. The star is showing off her body with a plunging neckline. She also has a slit in her skirt showing off her toned legs. Talk about post baby body goals.
However, her good looks aren’t the only thing catching people’s attention. It’s how she’s dressed along with her caption that’s making some people mad.
The caption of the photo is as follows: “When the legendary Ms Ross invites you to her birthday party, you show UP as best you can. What a beautiful inspiration!! Thank you for having us”
Clearly, Khloe is trying to look like Diana Ross in the photo. The issue with that? There may be a little bit of controversy when it comes to what could be considered cultural appropriation like this.
“This is modern minstrel black face, how do you not see that perspective?” One person commented on the photo.
Other people were more understanding and just thought Khloe looked pretty regardless of what she was dressed like.
“Oh how I love love love this! But here come the culture appropriation police. I just see it as Khloe appreciating the culture. She looks beautiful!” Another Instagram user said.
