Let’s talk about unusual ways to celebrate your 40th birthday.

Some go on a spa getaway with their girlfriends or sisters (hey, Kim Kardashian and Khloe, where are you?). Others spend the day treating themselves to ice cream and their favorite movies, curled up at home.

And then there’s Kourtney Kardashian, who turned heads by going on a pre-birthday trip with her ex and baby daddy Scott Disick AND his girlfriend Sofia Richie, according to E News’ insider.

Wait, what?

Yup, that’s what Kourtney wanted to do, said the source. Kardashian and Disick share three kids, and given that it was their spring break from school, Kourtney and Scott agreed to head off for a vacation in Finland.

As to why Kardashian would agree to have her ex-boyfriend’s current girlfriend on her birthday trip, the source insisted that “they travel well together and Kourtney is happy with how co-parenting is going.” Hmm, she doesn’t look exactly thrilled in her Instagram pic!

Sorry, Kourtney, but the day hasn’t quite yet dawned where you can request a trip to the moon for your birthday, even if you are a Kardashian!

Celebrate Kourtney Kardashian turning 40 by watching the TV marathon and special in her honor

Although Kardashian doesn’t officially turn 40 until April 18, E network is set to hold a marathon in her honor that will feature special editions of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kourtney & Kim Take New York, Kourtney & Kim Take Miami and Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons all day on April 14, Sunday.

After the marathon, Kourtney’s Pop-Up Birthday! special begins at 7 p.m. with special clips and birthday wishes from the entire Kardashian family.
