Kim Kardashian looked so sensationally slim at the 2019 Met Gala in her dripping wet nude gown that some fans are convinced the Keeping Up With The Kardashians (KUWTK) star underwent plastic surgery and had her ribs removed.

Kardashian looked stunning at the Met Gala on Monday, rocking a nude gown that put the emphasis on her impressive bust and even more impressively whittled waistline. And although Kylie Jenner was there too, Kim stole the KUWTK spotlight at the event!
Social media, however, was convinced that Kim owed her slender midsection to rib plastic surgery, pointed out Page Six.
One user asked how many ribs Kardashian had removed, while another complained that it was “insulting” to claim that it was diet rather than surgery that accounted for her slender figure.
However, Melissa Alcantara, who trains Kim, clarified on Instagram Stories that Kardashian works out six days every week and also does a lot of work (translation: diets) outside the gym.

Kardashian wore a different gown at the after-party that stunned, revealing even more of her body.
The second gown plunges down below Kim’s waistline, showing off just how much weight she’s lost.
For Kim, getting slim for the Met Gala meant using the same diet as Beyonce did a few years ago for exactly the same event.
In 2015, Beyonce famously lost weight for the Met Gala by using a vegan diet, reported the Daily Mail.
Beyonce’s plant-based diet eliminated meat, eggs, dairy, alcohol and processed foods.
The singer has stayed true to her vegan diet, even recently recommending to her fans that they also follow plant-based diets, according to Us Weekly.
Apparently Kim Kardashian was listening. Soon after Beyonce’s recommendation, Kim revealed that she had gone on a plant-based diet. On her Instagram Stories, Kardashian shared examples such as sweet potatoes, avocado, and greens.
