Kourtney Kardashian is known for her strict eating habits. However, in a recent Poosh blog, she revealed that she actually chats that according to toofab. Not only that, but she cheats way more than you would think.

Apparently, the mom of three cheats twice a day. Something after lunch and something after dinner. She makes these two things sweet of course, otherwise what’s the point of cheating

Kourtney Kardashian says any healthy diet requires balance. No guilting yourself. No forcing yourself to go to the gym when you could spend quality time with friends and family.

When Kourtney Kardashian was on the keto diet, she was actually pretty strict. On that diet you have to be, or else you will break ketosis.

However, she did have her cheat days on Sunday. She would allow herself to get a matcha latte and a “chocolate croissant from Alfred’s.” Then she would cheat again after church with all you can eat waffles.

That is like a keto cheat day on steroids! Get it Kourtney!

Kourtney revealed last year that the keto diet just wasn’t making sense for her anymore. I came to the same realization when I did the diet because like, bread is just that good.
