Kourtney Kardashian: Strict about her diet and kids…except when Reign wants candy on Ellen show
As fans of Ellen DeGeneres’ talk show know, Kourtney Kardashian recently appeared on the show to honor mom and manager Kris Jenner.
Kourtney towed along six of Kris’ grandkids, but it was tiny Reign Disick who stole the entire Ellen show.
And it was all about candy, despite Kourtney’s repeated comments on Keeping Up With The Kardashians that she and her kids follow a healthy diet!
With his wail, “I NEED CANDY,” Reign finally got his mom to promise candy if he would “chill.”
Okay, so with the exception of candy to bribe her son, Kourtney has revealed that she’s put her children on a strict diet (but not as strict as her own).
KUWTK Diet Tip One: Go gluten-free
Kardashian and her former boyfriend Scott Disick, who continues to co-parent with Kourtney, have their children on a no-gluten, no-dairy, no-corn, and minimal sugar diet, according to Yahoo.
Kourtney’s top tip: Follow a gluten-free diet.
Breakfast usually includes gluten-free waffles and scrambled eggs, while lunch features “carrots and celery with hummus and a gluten-free rice tortilla with sliced turkey meat or turkey dogs-no bun.”
At dinner, the youngsters gobble up vegetables, gluten-free pasta and protein such as fish.
“For birthday parties, which can sometimes be every weekend, I bring extra gluten and dairy-free cupcakes…and are happy with that,” explained Kourtney.
Kourtney Kardashian becomes keto diet queen with no-guilt cheats
Kourtney has gone on (and off) the high-fat, low-carb ketogenic (keto) diet for years, according to the Mirror.
KUWTK Diet Tip Two: To boost weight loss, emphasis protein and healthy fats.
While the kids enjoy those gluten-free waffles at breakfast, for example, Kourtney might eat turkey bacon with sliced avocado. And although she might join her children in those vegetables at dinner, Kardashian would limit her serving and eat more protein and healthy fats, such as salmon stir-fried in olive oil.
But when Kardashian cheats, she really cheats!

And no, the mom of three feels no guilt.
KUWTK Diet Tip Three: When you have an occasional cheat, enjoy!
“I’d go to the farmers market before church and get a matcha latte and chocolate croissant from Alfred’s, and then after church, I’d head to Soho House for their buffet (all-you-can-eat waffles with butter and syrup),” recalled Kourtney of a typical cheat day.
And she occasionally treats herself on vacations as well, revealing that on a trip to Turks, they enjoyed “a handful of junky foods, like Double Stuf Oreos and Cheetos for all of us to snack on.”
Kardashian now follows a modified keto diet in which she includes customized cheat foods.
Kylie Jenner and Kendall: All about protein and vegetables
Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner both emphasize protein in their diets.
KUWTK Diet Tip Four: Eat clean and go organic
Kylie focuses on clean eating, with an emphasis on proteins such as organic chicken and fish. The Jenner sisters also both eat lots of vegetables.
In addition, Kendall drinks lots of detox tea, according to Cheat Sheet.
Kendall is a fan of apples and strawberries. For dinner out, she goes for sushi and she sometimes eats brown rice with her chicken at lunch.
Khloe Kardashian: Revenge Body diet
How do you get a revenge body? Khloe Kardashian is the queen and guru when it comes to the answer.
KUWTK Diet Tip Five: Eat lots of small meals.

Kim Kardashian swaps keto for plant-based diet, feeds kids healthy versions of childhood treats
Kim Kardashian was on the keto diet as well.
But recently, Kardashian joined Beyonce in going on a plant-based diet.
KUWTK Diet Tip Six: Experiment with a vegan diet
Kim shared that she goes all vegan when she’s at home, reported the Veg News.
Her plant-based meals include plenty of fruits and vegetables.
A sample meal might include a smoothie bowl with berries, a sweet potato, and avocado.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star succeeded in using this diet to stun at the Met Gala Ball.

KUWTK Diet Tip Seven: When you’re on a diet, teach your kids to eat healthy too
While Kim is nibbling celery, she lets her children (North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm West) eat typical kids’ food with a healthy twist.
For example, the youngsters enjoy a healthier version of traditional Goldfish crackers.
