Aniston has been chosen as a cover star for multiple magazines through the years. But it was her recent topless photo shoot for Harper’s Bazaar that caught Ellen DeGeneres’ attention.
During her recent appearance on Ellen’s talk show, Jennifer dished about her pride in posing naked at 50, noted USA Today.
When DeGeneres questioned Aniston about how she feels posing nude, Jennifer responded that she “loves” it.
“I’m not ashamed of [posing topless],” emphasized the Friends star.
As for how she feels about her body, Jennifer said that she feels women’s bodies “are beautiful, and…celebrating them and being comfortable in them – no matter what age you are – is important.”

When it comes to her diet, Aniston emphasizes whole foods rather than processed. And she’s got it all planned out, from the moment she wakes up, reported Good Housekeeping.
“When I wake up, I have warm lemon water and then I have a shake or avocado and eggs, which is one of my favorites,” revealed Jennifer.
That “shake” consists of protein, fruit, greens, “maca powder, and a little cacao,” she clarified.
Alternatively, Aniston will breakfast on puffed millet cereal with a banana or prepare oatmeal with protein in the form of an egg white whipped in at the end of cooking the cereal.
In addition, Jennifer eats vegetables or salad with protein for lunch. She snacks on a combination of protein and carbohydrates, such as an apple with almonds.
Aniston offers these overall tips:
- Eat as much organic fruits and veggies as you can.
- Reduce sugar intake as much as possible.
- Drink lots of water.
- Get enough sleep.
