Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie have so much in common personally as Brad Pitt’s ex-wives and professionally as actresses. But are they friends or foes?

Jennifer Aniston charmed TV viewers of Friends with her wide-eyed innocence as a novice actress, and she delighted fans when she and Brad Pitt staged a fairy-tale wedding.

But the fairy-tale had a dark ending, with rumors of Pitt falling in love with then-co-star Angelina Jolie on the set of Mr. and Mrs. Smith to abandon Aniston.

Love seemed to have blossomed twice for lucky Brad.

Pitt also found himself a dad, thanks to Angelina.

And in stark contrast to his wedding to Jennifer Aniston, Brad wed Anegelina with a full flock of children.

But following Pitt turning into Mr. Mom to Maddox, Pax, Vivienne, Zahara, Knox, and Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, another stunning split announcement shocked fans.

How Jennifer Aniston really feels about Angelina Jolie

From co-starring in Friends (we will always love Brad Pitt teasing Jennifer Aniston in that famous Thanksgiving episode) to becoming more than friends, Brad and Jennifer once were the golden couple of Hollywood.

Then came the shocking news of their divorce, followed by Pitt being spotted cavorting with Angelina Jolie in the wake of her work with Brad on Mr. & Mrs. Smith. Rumors swirled that more than rehearsal readings were going on in their trailers on the set of that film.

So now that Jolie has divorced Pitt, has Jennifer forgiven Angelina or even befriended her?

Aniston was furious with Jolie after she read an interview that Angelina gave to Vogue magazine about working with Brad on the film.

“[Brad Pitt and I] found this strange friendship and partnership that kind of just suddenly happened,” Jolie told the magazine. “Anything we had to do with each other, we just found a lot of joy in it together and a lot of real teamwork.”

Angelina described the two as a “pair,” adding that she couldn’t wait to get to work each day to work with Brad.

Ouch.

Jolie completely omitted the fact that Pitt was married, offending Jennifer who called Angelina “inappropriate.” In particular, Aniston said that the comments “about how she couldn’t wait to get to work every day? That was really uncool.”

As for Brad, Jennifer added that he seemed to have a “sensitivity chip missing” when he posed for a photo with Jolie soon after Aniston and Pitt’s divorce was complete.

Now Brad, Jennifer, Angelina, and Justin are all single (and that would make for paparazzi heaven if they decided to mingle!).

Initially, we thought that the news that Jennifer was going through a divorce from Justin might spark a decision by Angelina to reach out and invite her to a ladies’ lunch, where the two could come together and share their common interests (acting) and histories (ahem, as in Brad Pitt).

But then Jennifer invited Brad to her 50th birthday party, sparking a new round of rumors of a renewed romance. So much for envisioning Jolie and Aniston as friends!
