Meghan Markle is losing points with both the media and British public as Kate Middleton sparks her own ruckus amid their ongoing feud. Can’t a Duchess win?

Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton might seem to lead enchanted lives after having married their handsome Princes.

But first Meghan, and now Kate, has found herself facing allegations of behaving, well, in ways not befitting a true Duchess. We’ve got the brouhahas bearing down on by both Markle and Middleton.

Meghan Markle: Feud with Kate Middleton now includes British public

It seems like just yesterday that Meghan caused sighs of happiness around the world as millions viewed her romantic royal wedding to Prince Harry.

But that happiness sure didn’t last long, with even the pink cloud after the birth of their first royal baby failing to soothe the British public and politicians.

Most recently, both Markle and Prince Harry have been slammed for spending so much ($3 million) on renovating their home, reported E News.

Some of the money comes from taxpayer money, which one politician summed up.

“When you’re still taking millions of pounds worth of public money—money that could be spent in schools and hospitals—to upgrade and refurbish what is, you know, luxury palaces, you’ve got to ask yourself: what are the public getting in return?” questioned Labor MP Luke Pollard.

In addition, both the media and the public wanted more opportunities to see baby Archie, which the doting parents failed to deliver.

Kate Middleton creates her own royal problems

But for a change, it’s not just Meghan feeling the heat.

While Markle is annoying the British public over everything from how she spends her money to the privacy that she wanted for her son’s christening (the latter also infuriated much of the media), Kate Middleton has gotten negative feedback as well.

Meghan previously was accused of stealing the spotlight repeatedly from Kate due to her acting talents that made her a natural star at appearances, overshadowing Middleton.

Now, however, some are accusing Kate of stealing the spotlight from Markle.

In particular, those on Team Meghan claim that Middleton tried to upstage Markle by choosing to wear the Collingwood Pearl earrings to Archie’s christening, which are the same gems that Princess Diana wore to Prince Harry’s christening back in 1984, reported Yahoo.

Those against Kate insist that Middleton should have lent those earrings to Meghan rather than wear the gems herself.

Sigh. The good news: Perchance Kate and Meghan can bond together over getting slammed and end those rumors of a royal feud.
