Shayk has shared exactly how she stays in such fabulous shape.

And it’s all about two guidelines:

  • Eat clean.
  • Enjoy an occasional cheat, but balance it out with low-calorie meals.

When Irina is getting ready for a modeling session or catwalk, she focuses on “particularly clean foods,” such as soup and salad, to slim down, reported Harper’s Bazaar.

And although Shayk loves delicious foods such as “a huge burger with cheese, French fries, lots of ketchup and mayo and a large Sprite,” she balances such cheat sessions with low-calorie meals such as grilled vegetables and steamed fish.

Irina Shayk is a workout warrior

Irina is focused when it comes to fitness, revealing that she works out “a lot.”

Her fitness includes boxing and “jiu jitsu which I am obsessed with,” she has said. “Because there’s so many possible move combinations, it’s brilliant for constantly challenging my body and pushing it to exhaustion every time.”

When Shayk is traveling, she does “simple barre moves” to shape her “arms and bum.”

In addition, Irina is a believer in cardio exercise, running after a full one-hour workout.

She also loves to swim, telling Women’s Health that she loves “the open water. I may not be able to drive a car, but I’m a trained Open Water Diver and it’s an unforgettable experience every single time.”
