Kim Kardashian gained 18 pounds

Kim Kardashian is opening up about her fitness journey and revealed that she has gained over 18 pounds since last year.

Kim Kardashian, the queen of Instagram herself, had admitted to “falling off track” when it comes to her fitness routine, but she is getting back to it slowly but surely.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star opened up to fans on her Instagram Story earlier this month to discuss her newest exercise routine. She was joined by her longtime coach and personal trainer, Melissa Alcantra, and talked to her followers regarding her fitness journey.

“OK, so we’re doing a night workout before my dinner, which I never do, with this one, but I figured we have to get into it at some point”, Kim said on her Insta Story.

The KKW Beauty mogul later revealed to her followers that she is “18 pounds up from what I was about a year ago”, Kim said. 

Although 18 pounds may not be an alarming amount of weight, especially after having a new addition to the family, however, for Kim, it’s not acceptable.

The star weighed 116 pounds last year, meaning, she has gone up to a current weight of 134. Kim looks absolutely amazing, but we love that she is implementing goals and working hard towards achieving them.

Despite her desire to get more toned and drop the weight, Kim might have to give up on her late-night runs to McDonald’s for those vanilla ice cream cones she loves so much!

Kim blames her weight gain on her “eating”, claiming that she works out tons, but her eating is what is holding her back. “To feel good, I just want to get it like, a really good goal weight, so that means working out at all costs”, Kim explained.

Kim later told her fans how she is going extremely hard in the gym because she wants to reach her “goal weight” by her 40th birthday, which is only taking place in October of 2020!

It appears with this deadline, Kim has ample time to get the results she wants, and we have no doubt that she will deliver.
