The 2020 Grammy nominations have officially dropped, and we are living for this list of incredible artists!

Many people speculated that the list had dropped far too soon, questioning the legitimacy of the nominations, but as it turns out, the list is, in fact, true.

We look forward to this prominent day in music every single year, and we were pleasantly surprised to see the nominations for next year’s ceremony.

Considering this year has had quite a lot of amazing music, we weren’t sure who would find themselves on top, and behold, the spot for the highest number of nominations went to none other than Lizzo!

The ‘Truth Hurts’ performer has gained 8 whopping Grammy nominations, and rightfully so! With her first-ever Hot 100 number one, and massive success with her album, Lizzo is very much deserving of this feat.

Not too far behind is Billie Eilish and Lil Nas X with 6 nominations each! Ariana Grande, H.E.R and Finneas O’Connell, who just so happens to be Billie Eilish’s brother, managed to score 5 nominations each.

The Grammy’s will be hosted by none another than Alicia Keys, who is returning to the position making her the first-ever female musician to host the show twice.
