Taylor Swift set to slay the 2019 AMA’s

Taylor Swift (n): Queen. Pop and country legend, touring phenomenon, activist, savage. Just a few words to describe one of the most iconic pop singers on the planet.

Tonight is the American Music Awards, and miss thang is nominated for the third most awards, following close behind Post Malone (7), Ariana Grande and Billie Eilish, both with six nominations.

Taylor has had quite the year. Scandals, lawsuits, and awards like no other. Tonight, Taylor is nominated for Artist of the Year, Female Artist Pop/Rock, Album Pop/Rock, Artist Adult Contemporary, Video of the Year for ‘You Need To Calm Down’ and will be receiving the Artist of the Decade Award.

Last year, Taylor won Artist of the Year, Female Pop/Rock Artist of the Year, Pop/Rock Album of the Year and Tour of the Year, which was well deserved.

Between all of Taylor’s nominations tonight, and awards won, she is set to make award-show history. Taylor is one of the most awarded female artists of all time, exclusively at the AMA’s with 23 wins. If she wins just two awards tonight, she will become the most awarded AMA artist of all time, surpassing Michael Jackson who currently holds the record with 24 wins.

According to Deadline.com, Taylor is expect tonight to rein vengeance on Scott Borchetta, Scooter Braun and Big Machine Label Group, her former record Label (and only record label, until earlier this year).

She’s expected to have her friends and supporters join her on stage including Selena Gomez, as she strikes back on the recent feud between BMLG (Big Machine Label Group) and Scooter Braun, who knowingly bought all of her Masters.

Taylor is a savage, musical icon, and truly one of the best performers and people to grace the music industry. She stands behind what she believes in, is an activist about real-life problems and knows how to stand out, and show up.
