Rapper Juice WRLD dies at age 21

It is a sad day for the music industry. 21-year-old hip-hop star Juice WRLD has unfortunately died.

Juice WRLD, born Jarad Anthony Higgins, first appeared on the scene last year when his outstanding single ‘Lucid Dreams’ debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 at a whopping Number 2!

The talented rapper would later find that his singles would follow suit and reach as much success as his debut single did in 2018.

The track itself was originally featured on Juice’s mixtape, 999, however, it instantly became a massive success, which is how it landed itself on his debut album Goodbye & Good Riddance.

While Juice WRLD had a great career purely based off of his first album, he had so much left to do in the world of music.

The talented artist recently released his newest single back in September, titled ‘Graduation’, and was set to release more music in 2020.

While he definitely made his mark in the music industry, he without a doubt had a lot more to offer, making yesterday’s news even more tragic.

The rapper was officially announced dead yesterday December 8th, 2019. According to Forbes, Juice WRLD passed away after having a seizure at Midway airport in Chicago, IL.

He had just celebrated his 21st birthday last week. The news was first reported by TMZ, and countless news outlets picked up the story revealing the unfortunate event that occurred.

Members of the music industry and fans of Juice WRLD were shocked to hear the news and immediately began posting their sympathies online and thanking the rapper for his work.
